I live here currently. The rent is reasonable its quiet and they are making a lot of updates. Maintenance could use some more hands to help, those guys seem stretched. Fiber is built in and is only 20 dollars a month for basic or you could get higher speeds for additional an cost. The office manager is super sweet and helpful.
