The owner has left his broken down Lexus in the parking lot right in front of the office for several months and it is parked poorly. They added handicap parking spots that are just as narrow as the regular spots and erratically placed and only one of the buildings is ramp accessible anyway.

Rent is too high for what you get. Office staff, and maintenance are nice, and great though. Wish I could have afforded to buy this place at auction. I would have made it a great little village to be in =)

You do not want to move in here. The owner is absolutely horrible. Numerous building code violations and there is a registered sex offender living on this property. There are numerous drug apartments. You really don't want to live here.
