Content Creation: Design high-quality banners (Canva/Photoshop) and edit engaging Reels/videos that stop the scroll. Paid Advertising: Set up, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Instagram/Facebook) to drive traffic and sales. Sales Growth: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns aimed at increasing revenue and lead generation. Analytics: Track weekly performance and adjust strategies based on data. What We’re Looking For Proven Track Record: You must have a portfolio or case studies showing previous account growth and successful ad campaigns. Creative Skills: Proficiency in video editing apps (CapCut, VN, etc.) and graphic design tools. Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Instagram algorithm and Meta Ads Manager.
