On site sales, Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and follow-up calls. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the system. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Required Candidate profile Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar field. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets in a competitive environment.

The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective customers, explaining project details, schedule site visits, generating leads through phone calls. Follow up on leads through marketing campaign , update customer database regularly. Required Candidate profile Good communication skills in English & Tamil. Basic computer knowledge ( Excel, CRM). Prior experience in telemarketing or real estate is an added advantage.
