Job Description:- Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain various MIS reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Analyze large volumes of data to identify key insights and trends. Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers and performance reports using Advanced Excel tools (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Macros, Charts, Conditional Formatting, etc.). Ensure accuracy and reliability of data before distribution. Coordinate and communicate with internal departments for timely data collection and reporting. Handle urgent client communication and meetings when necessary, ensuring professionalism and prompt resolution of issues. Support ad-hoc reporting needs from business heads and other departments. Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or a related field. 4–5 years of experience in MIS or data reporting roles. Expertise in Advanced MS Excel is a must. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Confidence in handling client calls and meetings, especially in time-sensitive situations. Ability to multitask, manage deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of MS Access, PowerPoint, or Google Sheets will be a plus.
