Role & responsibilities

Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Collecting data from different departments.
Maintaining employee and operational records.
Preparing performance reports.
Analysing data and identifying errors.
Preparing dashboards and presentations.
Coordinating with different departments.
Maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.

Preferred candidate profile

Advanced MS Excel.
VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP.
Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts.
Data Entry and Data Management.
MS Word and PowerPoint.
Power BI (preferred).
Basic SQL knowledge (preferred).
Report preparation and data analysis.
Knowledge of hospital management software (HMS), especially for hospital MIS roles.
