1. Ensure to provide complete support in devising efficient ways to organize, store and analyze data with attention to security and confidentiality of MIS reports to improve the services and information flow required by the Management, employees, customers, etc.,
2. Responsible for preparing Sales MIS reports monthly, weekly & daily basis as per requirement by MD / WTD and assisting GM / SM with reports and data extraction when needed.
3. To maintain documentary evidence to support the data as required by statute and audit regulations.
4 .To ensure the sales consultants follow protocol and procedures in using GDMS.
5. Support during thepreparation of MRM reports every month and also in preparing the customized reports as and when required by WTD / MD.
6. To be responsible for thesystematic functioning of the Invoice process through proper allocation of vehicles.
