Qualification: - Graduation

Key Responsibility

ü Maintain student, staff, and fee data in Google Sheets.

ü Create master data files for admissions, attendance, and academics.

ü Use data validation and filters for accuracy.

ü Share controlled access to team members with specific permissions

ü Maintain daily student and staff attendance in Google Sheets.

ü Use Google Forms for teachers to submit daily reports.

ü Generate attendance reports for HOD/Principal.
Use Gmail for official school communication.

ü Send circulars and meeting invites via Google Calendar.

ü Manage parent-teacher meetings via Google Meet links.

ü Prepare timetables, seating plans, and result sheets in Google Sheets.

ü Use Google Forms for online tests/quizzes.

Keep all lesson plans, syllabus, and assignments in Google Drive folders.

Create monthly and yearly MIS reports for:

· Admissions

· Exam results

· Staff performance

· Fee collections

· Use charts and pivot tables in Google Sheets for analysis.

ü tore important files in Google Drive (subject-wise/year-wise folders).

ü Share view-only links for safety.

ü Keep backup of all data in a separate Drive account.

ü Manage user accounts and permissions via Google Admin Console.

ü Disable accounts of ex-staff immediately.

ü Ensure 2-step verification is enabled for security.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
