Job Title: Business Analyst
Data Analysis & Reporting Support:
- Assist in the development of data reports, dashboards, and performance metrics under the guidance of the MIS & Business Analyst.
- Conduct data collection, cleaning, and validation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of reports.
- Support the creation and maintenance of regular MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on key business operations, including inventory, order fulfillment, and logistics.
2. Business Intelligence Tool Support:
- Work with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to help build data visualizations and interactive dashboards.
- Assist in data extraction and building queries for reporting purposes using tools like SQL and Excel.
- Ensure that all data reports and dashboards are updated and aligned with business requirements.
3. Operational Process Assistance:
- Gain exposure to the 3PL healthcare operations, including logistics, warehouse management, and cold chain processes.
- Support the team in analyzing data from operational systems and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Help in monitoring operational KPIs to identify trends and anomalies, providing insights for decision-making.
4. Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, supply chain, IT) to ensure business needs are met through data-driven insights.
- Present basic findings and insights to the MIS & Business Analyst Head for further analysis and reporting.
5. Continuous Learning & Development:
- Continuously improve analytical skills and knowledge of the 3PL healthcare sector.
- Participate in team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions to develop your understanding of the business and data analysis tools.
Key Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related fields, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or healthcare industries.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
- Exposure to business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
- Basic understanding of SQL and data management principles.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage data efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to present data insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, with the capacity to collaborate and learn quickly.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of logistics or 3PL operations.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
