Record day-to-day accounting activities for investments, including accounts payable/receivable, Share Purchase/Sale Entry, Investment Vehicle Accounting. Act as a liaison with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and investors, managing relationships and providing required financial information. Attending Meetings and maintaining minutes for review by senior management. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations specific to the equity market.
