Miracle Rehabilitation Centre, a premium, luxury, one-of-a-kind inpatient rehabilitation centre in Kerala, is seeking a qualified and experienced Male Medical & Psychiatric Social Worker to join our multidisciplinary clinical team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in addiction and psychiatric care, with proven skills in group therapy, individual counselling, and client handling within inpatient or clinical settings. Key Responsibilities: Conduct individual (one-to-one) counselling sessions for clients with addiction and psychiatric conditions Plan and facilitate group therapy sessions (psychoeducation, relapse prevention, motivation, life skills, emotional regulation, etc.) Handle client intake, psychosocial assessment, case history, and progress documentation Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and therapists to implement treatment plans Provide crisis intervention and emotional support when required Maintain ethical standards, confidentiality, and professional boundaries Support clients through rehabilitation, recovery planning, and discharge preparation Engage clients in structured therapeutic activities as per the daily schedule Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
