Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients across sectors. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the companys presence in the market. Proposal Development: Collaborate with the creative and operations team to develop customized event proposals and pitches. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and client needs to identify new business opportunities. Networking: Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions. CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prepare regular reports for management revise Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field 3-7 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the events, advertising, or hospitality sector Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong understanding of event production and client service Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools
