Essential Qualifications: Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Mining Engineering. 1st Class Mining Manager Certificate from a reputed institute with an aggregate score of no less than 50%. Desirable Qualifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred. Essential Experience & Technical Skills: 15-20 years of significant experience in underground mining operations, mine development, construction, and project management, with a focus on heavy industrial or mining projects, particularly in underground mining operations. Strong technical expertise in geotechnical engineering, structural engineering, or tunnel design is highly valued. In-depth understanding of shaft sinking techniques, inclined drivage, mining equipment, etc. Extensive experience in complex new mining business acquisitions. General Skills: Proven success in leading high-value technical proposals, bids, and tenders. Strong financial and commercial acumen to construct high-value, complex business proposals. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate, lead, and influence a diverse range of people, including customers, partners, and colleagues. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Proficiency in English and Hindi is essential; knowledge of Bengali will be an added advantage. Pleasing personality with leadership abilities. Roles & Responsibilities: Business Development: Create a portfolio of new business customers and develop strong, long-lasting relationships at all levels within client organizations. Develop and implement a comprehensive Project Planning strategy, detailing objectives and planned activities. Action Plans: Execute well-structured action plans to achieve business goals and identify new opportunities for growth. Prepare and present comprehensive working opportunity plans to potential clients. Presentations & Proposal Management: Confidently articulate and present MAPLs services and value proposition to clients. Lead the preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals for new business acquisitions. Process & Systems Understanding: Develop a thorough understanding of MAPLs processes and systems to align client needs with the companys offerings. Revenue Forecasting & Strategy: Build robust working opportunities and forecasts, ensuring future profitable revenue streams from new business acquisitions. Travel Requirements: Be prepared for extensive travel, both domestically and internationally, to meet with clients, partners, and potential business prospects.

Essential Qualifications: Post Graduate degree in Commerce (Accountancy) from an institute of repute with an aggregate score of no less than 60%. Desirable Qualifications: Professional Degree in a related field such as: Chartered Accountancy (CA) Cost and Works Accountancy (CWA) Cost Management Accountancy (CMA) MBA in Finance (preferred) Essential Experience and Skills: Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in an accounts function, preferably in the service industry. Strong knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures. Expertise in GST, TDS, ROC, and other statutory remittances. Hands-on experience with accounting software (SAP preferred). Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (V-lookup, Pivot tables) and Gmail. Strong attention to detail and good analytical abilities. Fluency in written and oral English communication. Roles and Responsibilities: The Chief Accountant will be responsible for heading the Accounts Department and reporting to the Director/MD both functionally and administratively. The role will include, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities: Team Handling: Lead and manage a team of 5 accounts members and supervise their daily activities. Compliance & Regulatory Adherence: Ensure adherence to accounting rules, regulations, and all other relevant compliances. Responsible for managing the companys accounts as well as the accounts of subsidiaries or sister concerns. Key Responsibilities: Finalization of the Books of Accounts for the company. Tax computations (GST & TDS). Statutory remittances. Preparation of tax filings and returns. Bank reconciliation and general accounting activities. Liaisoning: Work with various departments (e.g., GST, Income Tax) for ensuring smooth operations. Audit Management: Handle internal and external audits. Cross-Department Coordination: Maintain cordial relationships with all other departments of the company to ensure smooth financial operations. Desired Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills. Deep understanding of financial regulations and accounting best practices. Ability to drive efficiency in accounting operations.
