Location: Chennai

Type: Full-time | Fresh or Experienced

Do you love building imaginative creations with blocks, connectors, wheels, and gears?

Can you turn everyday parts into spaceships, animals, cranes, or catapults?

Is your inner child still very much alive and brimming with ideas?

Then we want YOU!

At STEM Play Labs (a Meritus sister company), we’re creating India’s most exciting hands-on learning experiences using our very own thematic construction block kits — think of it as a playground of parts where creativity meets engineering.

What You’ll Do:

Design cool models, builds, and challenges using our kits

Invent new toy concepts with blocks, straws, gears & pulleys

Collaborate with educators to bring STEM learning to life

Help us create instruction sheets, storylines, and toy themes

Who You Are:

A builder, dreamer, creator — self-taught or professionally trained

Background in product design, architecture, fine arts, education, or engineering

A fresh graduate or experienced designer — creativity matters more than credentials

Based in Chennai or open to relocating
