As we expand our global digital footprint, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Executive to lead online lead generation and client acquisition. Role Overview The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in online B2B sales and strong familiarity with the jewelry or gemstone industry. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients — including jewelry designers, brands, retailers, and manufacturers — primarily through digital channels such as LinkedIn, industry platforms, and email outreach. Key Responsibilities Proactively generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, social media, and digital outreach strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with jewelry designers, retailers, and luxury brands. Develop customized sales pitches and product presentations based on client needs. Manage the complete sales cycle — from initial contact to deal closure and post-sale support. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely sample delivery, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction. Maintain up-to-date records of all leads, interactions, and sales activities using CRM systems. Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and product development opportunities. Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably within the gemstones or luxury jewelry industry. Demonstrated success in online lead generation and closing high-value B2B deals. Solid understanding of gemstones, jewelry industry standards, and luxury clientele expectations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable working independently in a performance-driven environment.
