Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shopify E-commerce Manager based in Mumbai. The role involves end-to-end ownership of Milo Jewels’ Shopify website, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a consistent, high-quality online shopping experience. The candidate will be responsible for uploading products through our ERP, managing the product catalog, including product titles and descriptions, updating site content, maintaining collections, and handling basic Shopify backend tasks such as inventory settings, product availability, and page updates. The role also includes overseeing Shopify apps and integrations, along with basic performance monitoring through Shopify’s built-in analytics to support informed decision-making. Working closely with internal teams, the Shopify E-commerce Manager will ensure the website remains organized, optimized, and aligned with the brand’s aesthetic and commercial goals. Qualifications Prior experience managing a Shopify-based e-commerce website. Experience handling product uploads, product titles, descriptions, collections, and catalog organization. Basic understanding of Shopify analytics and e-commerce performance metrics. Familiarity with Shopify apps, integrations, and basic backend workflows. Strong attention to detail and content accuracy. Good communication skills and the ability to execute independently. Experience in the jewellery, luxury, or premium consumer space is preferred.
