Role & responsibilities Engage with potential students and maintain regular follow-ups Proficient in data management and hands-on experience with MS Office Address student inquiries, provide initial counselling for relevant courses based on their profile and requirements Resolve queries and issues related to the study abroad product portfolio Exhibit excellent communication skills and previous experience as a consultant Ability to work independently or as part of a team as needed, managing and juggling multiple tasks Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
