We’re looking for a driven Field Sales Executive who thrives on the ground—exploring construction sites, walking into new and upcoming projects, meeting owners, contractors, and site engineers— and turning casual conversations into lasting collaborations. Key Responsibilities Scout new construction and interior projects across Bengaluru and nearby cities Identify project stakeholders (contractors, owners, developers) and present our marble offerings Build rapport and guide them to visit our factory in Shoolagiri Maintain a pipeline of leads, site visits, and follow-ups Share on-ground insights for strategic planning Qualifications & Expectations Experience in on-field B2B or project-based sales (construction/interiors preferred) Confident communicator fluent in English and Kannada Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable with travel Must love connecting with people and discovering opportunities in the unlikeliest places Two-wheeler license and smartphone required What We Offer Competitive base salary + incentives for every successful site conversion Training and support from a team that believes in quality, grit, and growth Exposure to premium architectural and design projects A chance to be the face of Millenium Marbles on the ground Ready to build something timeless? Millenium Marbles is a 25-year-old legacy brand with 3 factories and 2 showrooms, known for premium textures and emotionally resonant design materials. As we expand our footprint across South India, we’re looking for Field Relationship Executives who can turn construction sites into stories—and conversations into collaborations. This role is for those who love being on the move, meeting Site Owners- who are our potential retail clients, and guiding them toward our Shoolagiri factory and curated marble collections.
