Role Overview We are seeking a results-driven Ads Manager with hands-on experience in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should be able to convert clicks into conversions, develop powerful ad strategies, and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI. You will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to enhance brand awareness and boost lead generation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Campaign Management & Execution Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. Manage budgets, bid strategies, and ad placements for maximum efficiency. Conduct continuous A/B testing to improve performance metrics. 2. Strategy & Planning Develop high-converting ad strategies aligned with company goals. Forecast performance, define KPIs, and present insights to management. Implement funnel strategies for effective lead nurturing. 3. Analytics & Optimization Analyze data to evaluate campaign success and scale results strategically. Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable recommendations. Monitor trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity. 4. Collaboration & Creative Development Work with the creative team to develop ad creatives, landing pages, and promotional materials. Coordinate with sales and content teams for effective campaign alignment. Share insights for continuous improvement across campaigns and brand messaging. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking. Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and take data-driven decisions. Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Tag Manager, etc. Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads (optional but an advantage).
