We also have a subsidiary in Japan to aid our international expansion. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Churu for an MDO. The MDO will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, managing production schedules, coordinating with various departments, and optimizing processes for efficiency. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics and reporting on operational status to senior management. Qualifications \n Experience in operations management and process optimization Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to work effectively on-site in Churu Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Chemistry, or related field Experience in the agrochemical industry is a plus
