Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Email Marketing Specialist with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in campaign setup, automation workflows, lead management, and reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end marketing automation processes within Marketo, ensuring seamless campaign execution, optimized lead nurturing, and measurable marketing ROI. Experience in Marketo implementation including creating email and landing page templates would be plus. Key Responsibilities Build, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, landing pages, nurture tracks) in Adobe Marketo Engage/HubSpot/Brevo or other email automation. Ensure campaigns align with client marketing objectives and timelines. Design and implement smart campaigns, engagement programs, and automation workflows. Manage lead scoring, segmentation, and data hygiene to improve targeting and conversion. Work with Salesforce (or other CRMs) for lead flow, campaign attribution, and data synchronization. Maintain data accuracy and governance between Marketo and integrated platforms. Generate campaign performance reports, dashboards, and insights to measure ROI. Provide actionable recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness. Implement A/B testing strategies across emails and landing pages. Stay updated on Marketo’s latest features, tools, and industry best practices. Partner with demand generation, sales, and design teams to align campaigns with business objectives. Work closely with clients to understand requirements and deliver high-quality emails/landing pages and workflows Manage multiple client projects based on their campaign calendar. Qualifications & Skills 3+ years of hands-on experience in Adobe Marketo Engage or HubSpot or equivalent. Strong understanding of marketing automation in an agency environment. Proficiency in integrating Marketo with Salesforce CRM or other CRMs. Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.). Experience with HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization (basic coding preferred). Analytical mindset with expertise in reporting and campaign performance tracking.
