As a government approved EPC company, we are currently operational in Andhra Pradesh and rapidly expanding to other states. As part of our immediate expansion plan, we are building our team for Odisha. We are looking for a proactive and results-driven State Sales Head to strategize, recruit, train, and manage a network of district-wise Team Leaders across Odisha. This role is ideal for experienced sales leader who can build, motivate, and drive a high-performance sales team at state level to promote solar rooftop solutions. You will be responsible for building, nurturing and sutaining the entire sales team for Odisha and managing team performance, sales growth, lead conversion, and expansion within the state. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing state level sales and marketing teams for solar, EV, home appliances, electronic products, motor vehicles, etc. Key Responsibilities:1) State Level Sales Leadership & Business GrowthDevelop and execute a state-level sales and marketing strategy for rooftop solar solutions. Drive district-wise sales targets by ensuring District Team Leader generate leads and close deals.Identify high-potential areas and drive localized sales & marketing strategies.Roll-out MIERAE Franchise & Solar Ambassador program and grow the same in coordination with Team LeadersEstablish partnerships with local influencers, community leaders, and organizations. 2) Team Recruitment, Training & ManagementRecruit, train, and mentor district-wise Team Leaders with sales techniques and product knowledge.Conduct regular workshops, online training, and field demonstrations.Provide hands-on coaching to improve team performance and sales conversions. Foster a culture of motivation, accountability, and performance excellence 3) Sales Operations & Performance Monitoring Track individual and team sales performance, ensuring targets are met. Optimize lead management and customer conversion strategies. Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and incentive evaluations.Implement CRM tools or reporting systems to monitor real-time progress. 4) Marketing & Brand Promotion Develop monthly calendar for local/regional awareness drives and promotional events.Leverage social media, WhatsApp groups, and community networks for digital marketing.Attend and represent MIERAE in solar and related expos within the region/states or at national level.Educate the public about the benefits of solar energy and available incentives in various event/meeting. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in leading the sales and marketing at national/state level, preferably in solar, EV, home appliances, telecom, FMCG, insurance, direct sales, or micro-financing.Proven track record of leading and managing sales teams in a field-based or commission-driven environment. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Ability to motivate and train a sales team to achieve aggressive targets.Local language proficiency (Odisha) and advance skills in Excel, CRM tools, WhatsApp, etc. Compensation & Benefits:Fixed monthly income with High commission-based earnings with potential for unlimited income.Attractive incentives & bonuses for high performers.
