Middleware/QNX-Architect/SME

As an Architect at the company, your role will involve formulating the product roadmap for customer projects and collaborating with Product Owners and Business Leaders to define the technical product strategy. You will have the opportunity to participate in customer meetings to proactively pitch technical solutions from KPIT Adaptive AUTOSAR practice and potentially progress to the roles of Product Owner or Senior Program Manager. Key Responsibilities: - Perform Technical Root Cause Analysis of Problems and identify Systemic Improvements - Develop Software Architecture and review Project Level Technical workflows - Conduct Project Level Technical Impact Analysis of Changes - Assess and enhance Team Training and Competency - Review designs and suggest performance optimizations - Evaluate estimates of tasks and functions in projects - Review Technical approach, estimation, technical risks, and propose solutions for proposals - Translate customer requirements into software requirements - Automate and implement tool chain for quality and productivity improvement Qualifications Required: - Proficient in Embedded C, C++, Autosar, ASPICE, TCP, IP, UDP, Yocto, Linux - Familiarity with Adaptive AUTOSAR specifications and UML modeling - Good knowledge of ASPICE, ISO26262, and MISRA Guidelines - Experience in configuration management - Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming Concepts and Design Patterns - Knowledge of Change Management Methodologies If there are any additional details about the company in the Job Description, please provide them for a more comprehensive overview.,
