The Head Surveyor will be responsible for overseeing land surveys, ensuring accuracy of survey data, preparing and maintaining survey documentation, and coordinating with other departments for infrastructure development projects. Other responsibilities include managing a team of surveyors, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing technical support and guidance as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in land surveying, topographic mapping, and construction surveying Proficient in using surveying instruments and software Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements for surveying Excellent leadership and team management skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams A degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
