Key Responsibilities: 1. Transaction Processing: Verify and process transactions, including investments, redemptions, and switches. 2. Document Management: Maintain and organize documents, such as investor records, transaction confirmations, and compliance documents. 3. Data Entry and Maintenance: Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of investor information, transactions, and fund holdings. 4. Reconciliation and Reporting: Perform reconciliations of fund transactions, holdings, and cash positions, and generate reports for management and regulatory purposes. 5. Investor Support: Respond to investor queries, resolve issues, and provide support as needed. 6. Fund Accounting: Assist in fund accounting, including calculation of net asset values (NAVs) and maintenance of fund accounts. 7. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of investor transactions, fund holdings, and other relevant information. Additional Responsibilities 1. Identify and report any discrepancies or issues to management or relevant teams. 2. Collaborate with other teams, such as front office, operations, and compliance, to ensure smooth operations. 3. Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry developments that may impact the mutual fund company. Skills and Qualifications 1. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 2. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and other software applications. 3. Knowledge of mutual fund operations, regulations, and compliance requirements. 4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
