The Graphic Design Specialist will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics, designing logos, managing branding projects, and image editing. The role will also involve collaborating with team members and clients to ensure the delivery of high-quality and creative visual content that aligns with the brand's identity and objectives. About the Role We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. You’ll be responsible for creating compelling visual content that communicates our brand story, enhances marketing campaigns, and elevates our digital and print presence. This role requires a mix of strong design skills, conceptual thinking, and an eye for aesthetics that align with brand strategy. Key Responsibilities Develop visually appealing creatives for social media, website, digital ads, and offline collaterals. Design packaging, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute design ideas that align with brand goals. Understand and maintain brand consistency across all communication materials. Edit and retouch product and lifestyle images as needed. Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and techniques. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred). 2–4 years of experience in graphic design (agency or brand-side). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Figma, Canva, or After Effects is a plus. Strong understanding of typography, layout design, and color theory. Ability to take feedback positively and iterate efficiently. Excellent time management and attention to detail. Preferred Skills (Good to Have) Experience in motion graphics or short video editing. Basic understanding of UI/UX or web layouts. Familiarity with print production processes. Illustration or hand-drawing skills.
