Mid size IT company

Key Responsibilities: Lead design of new solar systems (concept to final plan). Conduct detailed site analyses & prepare semi-annual reports. Prepare technical proposals and support the sales team. Manage team members, coordinate with O&M. Support pre-sales with design inputs, costings & proposals. Candidate specifications: Degree in Engineering/Technical discipline. 5+ years in engineering/renewables Leadership experience preferred. Proficient in solar design software/tools (AutoCAD, PVsyst ,HelioScope). Strong project management & technical writing/reporting skills. Solar industry experience is preferred.
