Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Conduct thorough testing of general insurance products, including motor insurance policies.
  • Identify defects and bugs in software applications related to policy issuance, claims processing, and customer service.
  • Collaborate with development teams to reproduce and resolve issues found during testing.
  • Develop test plans, cases, and scripts for new features and enhancements.

Job Requirements :

  • 2-3 years of experience in manual testing of general insurance products (motor insurance).
  • Strong understanding of general insurance industry practices and regulations.
  • Proficiency in creating detailed test cases using various techniques such as black box, white box, or gray box approaches.
