Microsoft Office Project Trainer

G-TEC Education, Anna Nagar, is looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Microsoft Project (MS Project) Trainer to conduct a one-month certificate course for students and aspiring professionals.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in project planning, scheduling, resource management, cost estimation, progress tracking, and project reporting using Microsoft Project.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver structured training on Microsoft Project for 36 hours over one month.
• Teach project fundamentals and project plan creation.
• Explain task scheduling, milestones, task dependencies, and Gantt charts.
• Train students in resource allocation, cost management, and project scheduling.
• Demonstrate baseline creation, progress tracking, and critical path analysis.
• Cover resource levelling, advanced scheduling, and status reporting.
• Provide practical exercises and real-world project examples.
• Assess student progress and clarify technical doubts.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project (MS Project).
• Practical experience in project planning and scheduling.
• Knowledge of Gantt charts, resource allocation, task dependencies, and project reporting.
• Good communication and teaching skills.
• Prior training or teaching experience is preferred.
