Job Title : Sales and Marketing Executive Job Summary: A Sales and Marketing Executive is responsible for driving a company’s product of Lithium ion battery sales by actively seeking out prospects and pursuing sales opportunities. They also play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the battery packs for variety of customers in 2 / 3 EV OEM Location : Ludhiana, Punjab Key Responsibilities: Sales Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs in 2 /3 wheeler OEM space Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their technical requirements. Achieve monthly Sales targets on month to month basis Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and technical solution Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences. Negotiate/close deals and handle customer requirements independently Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams. Marketing Responsibilities: o Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer behaviour, industry trends, and competitor strategies. This helps in identifying opportunities for growth and developing effective marketing campaigns o Brand Management: Build and manage the company’s brand by creating brand awareness, ensuring brand consistency, and managing the company’s image across various platforms o Marketing Campaigns: Implement marketing plans for company products, including digital marketing, social media campaigns, and traditional marketing methods o Content Creation: Support for marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and social media posts. o Event Management: Participate in and organize promotional events, exhibitions, and conferences to enhance the company’s presence and reach Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements. Requirements and Skills: Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive or relevant role. Proficiency in English. knowledge of MS Office. Fast learner and passion for sales and marketing. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Qualification : Graduate / Diploma in Electrical , Electronics Experience : 3-5 years of experience in field of Sales for 2/3 EV Battery OEM / UPS /Inverter
