Write short, punchy video scripts (3060 seconds) and long format tailored for YouTube Shorts, long stories, FB Reels, and Insta Reels. Develop compelling storytelling hooks to maximize audience retention and shareability . Optimize scripts for keywords and SEO tags to increase organic discoverability. Coordinate with Video Creator to ensure the scripts are effectively visualized into engaging videos. Produce catchy titles, captions, and hashtags to amplify engagement. Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent daily publishing across 100+ assets. Repurpose long-form ideas into multiple short scripts for viral scaling. Collaborate with the SEO/Digital Marketing Team Lead to test what formats work best. Desired Candidate Profile Strong writing skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of other languages is a plus). Ability to write crisp, engaging, and story-driven scripts suitable for short-form video. Research-oriented mindset with awareness of global content trends . Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-output environments using ChatGPT (30–50 scripts/day team target). Knowledge of SEO and keyword optimization preferred. Creative thinker with attention to detail and adaptability. Experience: 3-5 years in digital content writing, storytelling, or copywriting. Perks and Benefits Permanent work from home.
