MG seriously needs to hire better people and train their staff properly (Right from the manager to the sales executive staff) on how to behave and talk with customers. No etiquette and thoroughly unprofessional. Instead of a showroom it felt like being surrounded by uncouth bullys at a tea stall.

The showroom was so suffocating, the AC wouldn’t work. And this has been for more than a month now as I’ve been regularly visiting the store to buy a car. 40•C and it was unbreathable inside. Feel pity for the employees working over there. Most of them were sweating so bad. Poor management
