The Receptionist was really nice, but the customer service agent who handled us (Mr Pankaj) was incredibly rude and untrained, which caused us to change our minds about buying the MG Gloster Savvy. Try to avoid him while visiting the showroom.

Despite of my 7 calls and multiple follow up they fail to arrange test drive..
The moment they scheduled my test drive their tyre got flat.. and no coordination I guess brand like MG is in wrong hands in Chandigarh

Worst dealership I've ever seen. The staff is completely uninterested in selling cars and not helpful at all. MG cars are not that good too. Please avoid this Chinese car and go for other options.

Excellent car and very good mg dealers and polite and friendly. And the quality and the features of mg hector has nowhere in any other car. And those who said that mg hector is not good as jeep because they can't own by themselve

The dealers are fraud. Dont get into trap just dont book from there or if you have booked already and cancel it and book it somewhere else.I have been waiting from 3.5 months and still counting...they are still not giving delivery date. They will ask you to upgrade..The dealers are liars.
