Pathetic Service! All they care about is that you make a booking. Once you make the booking and transfer the amount, they're no longer bothered about anything. Make sure to document every commitment made at the time of booking and be prepared for the mental harassment.

This showroom is good and have a nice display of car models available. Staff is cordial and well informed. Test drive was readily available. There are big screens which continuously play videos of MG cars. You can see car details on another screen. So overall a nice experience to feel and know about MG car models.

Seems demand for their new car has gone to the head of the dealers of MG. Sadly they will soon realise that demand is just temporary. They expect customers to buy a 15 lac car and cant send a car to them first for checking and TD.
