We appear in various courts in Mumbai and also offer specialized services through our NRI Desk. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Advocate located in Goregaon, Mumbai. The Junior Advocate will be responsible for drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and appearing in court hearings. Daily tasks include handling succession matters, research, providing legal advice, coordinating with senior advocates, and handling client consultations. The role requires maintaining legal files and documentation, and assisting in estate planning and non-litigation matters. Qualifications Knowledge of Property law, estate planning, trusts, wills, and probate Knowledge of the process of Testamentary in Bombay High Court Strong drafting and legal research skills Proficiency in preparing case briefs and legal documentation Experience in client consultations and providing legal advice Ability to appear in court hearings and coordinate with senior advocates Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution Membership in the Bar Council of India
