Key Responsibilities1. Statutory Compliance Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws such as: Shops & Establishment Act PF, ESI, PT, LWF Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, and Maternity Benefit Act Handle registrations, renewals, and amendments for statutory licenses. Maintain and update statutory records, registers, and returns as per state and central regulations. 2. Audits & Documentation Prepare and manage compliance audit documents (internal & external). Identify gaps in compliance and recommend corrective actions. 4. Vendor & Contractor Compliance Verify contractor compliance (PF, ESI, wage sheets, agreements). Track deadlines for statutory payments, filings, and renewals. Maintain compliance dashboards and audit trackers. Required Qualifications & SkillsEducational Background Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration/MSW PG Diploma or certification in Labor Laws / Compliance (preferred). Experience 1–5 years of experience in HR compliance, statutory compliance, or payroll compliance. Experience with Karnataka labor laws is an added advantage.
