looks good and fancy, but extremely inefficient. i counted at least 43 people waiting in opd. only 1 staff member working at the counter. 1. reached here at 3pm to get a patient admitted. still here waiting for admission process. its 5:41pm as i write this. like i said. looks fancy, extremely inefficient.

Excellent service, Good Doctor response. Dr RK Das os humble and attentive with excelent experience. Mr Sourav Coordinator of Dr RK Das is kind and responsive . All staff are Very attentive especially Susmita Mistry from patient experience and Ankhi Bhunia from 6th floor staff. Happy with BM Birla hospitality.
