Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled Panel Wireman to assemble, wire, and test electrical control panels as per engineering drawings and wiring diagrams. The role involves preparing wiring harnesses, connecting electrical components, and ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities:Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layout drawings. Perform wiring and assembly of electrical control panels, distribution boards, and switchgear. Cut, strip, crimp, and terminate wires & cables neatly as per standards. Mount and connect components such as breakers, relays, contactors, meters, switches, PLCs, and power supplies. Carry out point-to-point wiring checks, continuity tests, and insulation resistance tests. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company quality standards. Diagnose and repair wiring issues or faults during assembly and testing. Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in proper condition. Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to ensure timely project completion. Support installation and commissioning activities at customer sites (if required).
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. The Accountant will be responsible for handling accounts payable/receivable, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, and supporting audits while ensuring smooth financial functioning of the office. Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records in Tally/ERP or relevant accounting software. Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups. Prepare and verify financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow statements. Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash transactions. Manage GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance including timely return filings. Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and vendors regarding financial matters. Support payroll preparation and maintain employee reimbursement records. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations. Provide financial insights to management for decision-making. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (Master’s degree preferred). Proven experience as an Accountant (minimum 2–3 years in a similar role). Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or ERP systems) and MS Excel. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
