Job Overview Join a high-energy engineering team to architect, build, and operate scalable infrastructure that powers mission-critical business processes for leading enterprise clients. You will be reporting directly to VP Engineering. You will be closely working with the founders, sales, product, and customer success. Key Responsibilities Work with back-end development and server- side engineering. Write effective, scalable, extensible, and testable code using Python, Django, and RESTful APIs to build new features that help customers run mission critical processes. Develop and optimize back-end components to enhance application responsiveness and performance. Design and implement efficient database queries for MongoDB and PostgreSQL. Identify and resolve bottlenecks in legacy code, proposing solutions to improve system performance. Implement robust security and data protection measures to safeguard sensitive information. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, sales, and customer success) to understand user requirements and deliver technical solutions. Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution. Contribute to refining the software development process and technology roadmap. Continuously enhance deployment processes for new features. What You Bring Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5-14 years of hands-on experience in Python and Django Experience or familiarity with developing highly scalable applications. Proficiency in REST API development and working in Unix,Linux environments. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS application architectures Basic understanding of databases like MongoDB and PostgreSQL, with knowledge of optimized query design. Solid grasp of data structures and algorithms. Understanding of deployment processes for developed features. A proactive attitude toward learning new technologies, tools, and libraries. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
