Role Description This is a full-time Plant Metallurgist role, located on-site in Jaipur. The Plant Metallurgist will be responsible for process control, conducting failure analysis, and overseeing extractive metallurgy and leaching processes. The role involves developing and optimizing metallurgical processes, improving efficiency and output, and ensuring product quality and compliance with industry standards. Qualifications Knowledge and experience in Process Control within metallurgical operations Expertise in Metallurgy and Extractive Metallurgy processes Skills in conducting Failure Analysis and Leaching Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work effectively on-site in a collaborative team environment Relevant certifications or training in metallurgical engineering are a plus Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, or a related field
