To perform the development of New Forging products and processes. Take guidance from the senior team members. To perform 2D and 3D technical drawings for the Product. To maintain adherence of IATF 16949 for every document and report. Involve in the process flow, including forging operations, heat treatment, and machining stages. To execute the New Tool designing. To understand the performance and productivity. To execute the technical requirements as needed in the Product design. To perform technical queries and design changes received from the customers on a timely basis. To maintain compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. To maintain documentation including technical specifications, process sheets, and development records. To attend management review meetings, discuss the challenges, maintain documentation, and contribute to learning and development programs.
