Roles and Responsibilities Preparation of preliminary design of structural / bridge bearings, expansion joints and their components. Weight estimation for tender/quotation purposes. Preparation of detailed design of structural / bridge bearings, expansion joints, seismic devices, and other structural engineering products. Co-ordinating with draughtsmen for preparation of drawings. Clients, customers and consultants visit within India and neighbouring countries Should be ready to handle a project with full responsibility from the receipt of order to supply of the products. Desired Candidate Profile B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech(Structural Engineering)is preferable but not mandatory.) special interest in structural engineering design Minimum 4 years of handling work experience in a company handled design and development of structural/bridge components. (Knowledge of StaadPro,AutoCAD and other software,and knowledge of Bridge Design will be an added advantage). Candidates must be conversant with all types of design related codes Candidates must be fluent in written and oral English / Hindi Joining is immediate at Kolkata
