About the Role Growthlane is on the lookout for a high-output growth marketer : someone who can write, build, launch, and optimize fast — without sacrificing quality. Fast writer. Fast builder. What You'll Do Write and Edit Copy: Landing pages, ads, emails, blogs, social posts, lead magnets, outbound campaigns — sharp, clean, high-converting. Build and Launch Campaigns: Rapidly set up funnels, automations (Metaflow AI, Zapier, Make, n8n), and paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn). Set Up and Optimize Systems: CRMs, lead flows, attribution tracking (GTM, GA4), and reporting. Experiment and Scale: Test messaging, offers, and funnels fast — and double down on what moves the metrics. Work Across the Funnel: Execute with a strong understanding of ABM, PLG, and lead qualification stages (MQL, SQL, SAL, PQL). What You Bring Proven Writing Ability: Strong portfolio of marketing copy — landing pages, ads, emails — that delivered real business results. Execution Speed: Ability to take campaigns from idea to live in a matter of hours or days — not weeks. Growth Track Record : Grew traffic and leads through organic search, SEO, and social Delivered conversion-focused performance campaigns Scaled lead gen and content-driven growth Contributed directly to brand building and pipeline impact Growth Engineering Fluency : Comfortable using Metaflow AI to build and scale marketing automation workflows Experience designing and deploying AI-powered marketing agents Stack & Data Mindset : Hands-on with CRMs, automations, attribution setups, and tracking tools Clear understanding of data, performance metrics, and what drives growth Growth Track Record: Organic Growth: Demonstrated success in driving traffic and leads through SEO, social media, and content marketing. Conversion-Focused Execution: Launched and optimized campaigns that directly improved signups, activations, or sales. Lead Generation & Brand Building: Built and scaled content-driven lead gen programs while strengthening brand presence. Marketing Automation Expertise: Hands-on experience improving marketing stacks with tools like Metaflow AI, Zapier, Make, n8n, HubSpot, Webflow, and others.
