Base location will be Kolkata Micro-markets of West Bengal and Odisha (especially the districts adjacent to West Bengal) to be focused on. Reporting to - Director BD Role & responsibilities : Identify new prospects to expand market reach. Negotiate pricing and sales terms with customers to secure profitable deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer retention and loyalty. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities. Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the specific territory and customer base. Conduct regular customer visits to understand their needs and address any concerns. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics within the assigned region.
