Key Responsibilities Attend service breakdown calls of laser, plasma, and oxy-fuel cutting systems Establish and maintain relationships with Maintenance, Production, Quality and procurement teams Achieve service targets Required Skills Mechanical as well as electrical understanding of CNC plasma/oxy-fuel, laser cutting technologies Strong knowledge of Nesting Software, CNC controllers, Servo-Drive motors, PLC etc. Ability to understand and rectify critical breakdown in due course of time Punctuality to reaching customer site every time without fail Bachelor's/ Diploma degree in engineering, in related technical field preferred Performance Metrics Meet quarterly and annual service quotas for CNC cutting systems located PAN India Develop comprehensive service reports tracking equipment performance Maintain competitive service market intelligence on cutting system technologies Additional Qualifications Minimum 2-5 years of CNC cutting service experience Proficiency in CRM software Willingness to travel extensively to client sites and manufacturing facilities PAN India level Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
