Segment and manage data lists based on target audience profiles for more effective campaign delivery. Work closely with tele-calling agencies to ensure coordination and maximize outreach outcomes. Use campaign tools to schedule, track, and report on performance metrics (delivery, open, click-through, and response rates). Assist in basic HTML editing and formatting of emailers for better optimization and compatibility across devices. Perform A/B testing and suggest improvements to increase engagement and campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with internal teams, including Brand Managers, Creative, and Content teams, to align messaging. Support in analyzing past campaigns to identify insights and make recommendations for future improvements. Ensure adherence to campaign schedules, quality standards, and compliance norms.
