Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Hyderabad, with some work-from-home flexibility, for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, delivering exceptional customer service, managing sales processes, and collaborating with the team to meet growth goals. Daily tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategies to increase sales, conducting training sessions for clients or team members, and managing sales operations effectively. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and ensure customer satisfaction Demonstrated abilities in Sales and Sales Management to drive results and achieve targets Hands-on experience with delivering Training sessions to enhance team and client performance Proven ability to build relationships, negotiate deals, and manage client accounts Proficiency in understanding market trends and developing effective sales strategies Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Experience in B2B platforms or marketplaces is an excellent advantage
