Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and passionate College Trainer to deliver in-person training sessions to college students in Greater Noida. The trainer should specialize in one or both of the following areas: Core Java Programming Pseudocode & Problem Solving These sessions are intended to help students build technical skills and prepare for placement interviews and coding rounds. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging 6-hour training sessions (including breaks) on Java or Pseudocode topics. Break down complex concepts into easy-to-understand content. Use interactive teaching methods, including hands-on exercises and coding challenges. Assess students’ understanding and provide regular feedback. Create and share practice assignments and mock interview questions. Foster an engaging and disciplined learning environment. Compensation & Timing: ₹2,000 – ₹3,000 per day 6 hours per day (on-site training) Scheduling is flexible and based on batch requirements. Requirements: Prior experience in teaching or conducting training programs for college students. Strong command of Java programming or Pseudocode problem solving (one or both). Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills. Passion for mentoring and helping students succeed. Willingness to conduct in-person sessions in Greater Noida.
