Its clientele includes prominent entities such as CVPPPL, RBI, and Leonardo GMBH. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate, located in Jammu & Kashmir, India. The Associate will be responsible for handling litigation and dispute resolution matters, providing legal advisory services, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients before courts and tribunals. The Associate will also be involved in due diligence, documentation, project finance, and high-stakes arbitration cases. Qualifications Strong litigation and dispute resolution skills Experience in legal advisory services and legal research Proficiency in drafting legal documents and documentation Knowledge of project finance and due diligence Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in high-stakes arbitration cases is a plus Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution
