Ø Conduct consultations with clients to assess eligibility for various visa categories and provide expert advice on the best options and requirements. Ø Guide clients through the entire application process, including preparing, reviewing, and submitting accurate and complete documentation. Ø Ensure all applications and client information comply with current immigration laws, policies, and regulations. Ø Act as a liaison between clients and immigration authorities (embassies, consulates) to communicate updates, resolve inquiries, and facilitate smooth application processing. Ø Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential records of all client interactions, applications, and progress. Ø Continuously update knowledge on changes in immigration laws, policies, procedures, and trends. Ø Assist clients in preparing for interviews with immigration officials, providing guidance and tips to increase success rates. Ø Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring trust, satisfaction, and repeat business. Ø Evaluate client backgrounds, qualifications, and goals to recommend suitable study, work, or immigration pathways. Ø Verify the authenticity and completeness of client documents and ensure application forms meet embassy/consulate standards. Ø Identify potential issues in applications, advise clients on corrective measures, and mitigate risks. Ø Conduct information sessions, workshops, or webinars to educate prospective clients on visa procedures, immigration options, and study/work opportunities abroad. Ø Collaborate with educational institutions, recruiters, and legal teams to support complex cases or client opportunities abroad. Ø Track and report key performance metrics such as client consultations, application success rates, and follow-up activities. Ø Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets and meet performance KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) as set by the company. Ø Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned as per the role from time to time.
